Thank you for considering Saint Mark’s Coptic Orthodox College for your child’s education. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to join our vibrant academic community and take the next step in your educational journey.
To begin the process, please complete and submit an Enrolment Application Form.
Please note that a non-refundable Enrolment Application Fee of $220.00 per applicant is payable at the time of submitting the application.
Required Supporting Documents:
Kindly ensure the following documents are submitted together with the completed application form:
• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Passport (if applicable)
• Visa documentation (if applicable)
• Immunisation History Statement
• Most recent School Report (if applicable)
• NAPLAN results (if applicable)
• Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
• Evidence of residency status for the student and parents (if born overseas)
• Small passport-size photo of the student
• Copies of two (2) references (non-related individuals), including:
– One (1) Character Reference
– One (1) Professional Reference (preferably from a local Parish Priest/Pastor)
• Relevant medical information and/or clinical assessments (if applicable)
• Any relevant Court Orders (if applicable)
Enrolment Considerations:
St Mark’s Coptic Orthodox College is an independent, coeducational Christian school founded within the Coptic Orthodox faith. Due to strong demand for enrolment places, priority may be given to:
• Students of the Coptic Orthodox faith
• Siblings of current or past students
• Children of alumni of the College
• Families actively involved in the life of the Church and College community
Fees Upon Acceptance:
Applicants who are offered and accept a place at the College will be required to pay:
- Fees in Advance
- $750.00 for Primary School students
- $1,250.00 for Secondary School students
(This amount will be deducted from the first invoice once the child(ren) commence at the College)
- College Bond – $750.00 per family
(This bond will be held by the College and refunded when the last student in the family leaves the College, subject to all accounts being finalised)
- Fees in Advance
Please note that the above acceptance payments are due within three (3) weeks of the Letter of Offer.
Once we receive your application form and supporting documents, our Enrolment Officer will review your submission and contact you with the next steps in the enrolment process.
Due to high demand, where there are insufficient positions available, families may elect to remain on a prioritised waiting list.
